s 11 Returns, reports, accounts and information
(1) The Lembaga shall furnish the Minister and such other person, body of persons or public authority as may be directed by the Minister such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its property and activities as the Minister may from time to time require or direct.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of subsection (1), the Lembaga shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister and, if so directed by the Minister, to the Government of the State or any other public authority, a report dealing with the activities of the Lembaga during the preceding financial year and in such form and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Lembaga as the Minister may from time to time specify.

(1) Lembaga hendaklah memberi kepada Menteri dan lain-lain orang, kumpulan orang atau pihakberkuasa awam sebagaimana diarahkan oleh Menteri apa-apa penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat yang dikehendaki diarahkah oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa berkenaan dengan harta dan aktiviti-aktiviti Lembaga.
(2) Tanpa menyentuh keluasan peruntukan-peruntukar seksyen-kecil (1), Lembaga hendaklah, dengan seberapa segera yang praktik selepas akhir tiap-tiap satu tahun kewangan, menyebabkan dibuat dan dihantar kepada Menteri dan, jika diarahkan oleh Menteri, kepada Kerajaan Negeri atau mana-mana pihakberkuasa awam lain, suatu laporan berkenaan dengan aktiviti-aktiviti Lembaga dalam masa tahun kewangan yang lalu dan mengikut apa-apa bentuk dan mengandungi apa-apa maklumat berhubung dengan perjalanan dan dasar Lembaga mengikut sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Menteri.
