s 22 Accounts and audit
(1) The Lembaga shall keep proper accounts and other records in respect of its operation and shall prepare a statement of accounts in respect of each financial year.
(2) The accounts of the Lembaga shall be audited annually by the Auditor General or some other auditor appointed by the Lembaga with the approval of the Minister.
(3) After the end of each financial year, and as soon as the accounts of the Lembaga have been audited, the Lembaga shall cause a copy of the statement of accounts to be transmitted to the
Minister and, if directed so to do by the Minister, to the Government of the State or any other person, together with a copy of any observations made by the Auditor General or other auditor appointed under subsection (2) on the statement or on the accounts of the Lembaga.
(4) The Minister shall cause a copy of every such statement and observations to be laid on the table of the Dewan Negara and Dewan Rakyat.

(1) Lembaga hendaklah menyimpan akaun-akaun dan Akaun rekod-rekod lain yang wajar mengenai perjalanannya dan hendaklah menyediakan penyata akaun mengenai tiap-tiap satu tahun kewangan.
(2) Akaun Lembaga hendaklah diodit tiap-tiap tahun oleh Ketua Odit Negara atau seseorang juruodit lain yang dilantik oleh Lembaga dengan kelulusan Menteri.
(3) Selepas akhir tiap-tiap satu tahun kewangan, dan selepas sahaja akaun-akaun Lembaga diodit, Lembaga hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salınan penyata akaun ıtu dihantar kepada Menteri dan, jika diarah oleh Menteri, kepada Kerajaan Negeri atau seseorang lain, berserta suatu salinan apa-apa pandangan yang_dibuat oleh Ketua Odit Negara atau juruodit lain yang dilantik di bawah seksyenkecil (2) mengenai penyata akaun itu atau mengenai akaunakaun Lembaga.
(4) Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salinan tiaptiap penyata akaun dan pandangan itu dibentangkan dalam Dewan Negara dan Dewan Rakyat.
