s 28 Power to establish corporations
(1) The Lembaga may from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, establish a corporation by such name as the Lembaga may think fit, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Lembaga in the execution of its duties or the discharge of its functions.
(2) The provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply to every corporation established by the Lembaga under subsection (1).

(1) Lembaga boleh dari semasa ke semasa, dengan Kuasa perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menubuhkan sesuatu menubuhkan perbadanan dengan apa-apa nama yang dılikırkan patut oleh perbadanan- Lembaga untuk melaksanakan dan untuk menjaga, menperbadanan. jalan dan menguruskan apa-apa projek, \skim atau enterprais yang telah dirancang atau diaku akan dijalankan oleh Lembaga pada melaksanakan kewajipan-kewajipannya atau pada menjalankan tugas-tugasnya.
(2) Peruntukan-peruntukan Jadual Kedua hendaklah dipakai bagi tiap-tiap perbadanan yang dıtubuhkan oleh Lembaga di bawah seksyen-kecil (1).
