s 31 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for the purposes of this Act or of any criminal proceedings under this Act, no member, officer or servant of the Lembaga shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act.
(2) Any person contravening the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both.

(1) Kecuali bagi maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud apa-apa pembicaraan jenayah di bawah Akta ini, tiada seorang ahli, pegawai atau penjawat Lembaga boleh menyatakan apa-apa maklumat yang telah diperolehinya semasa menjalankan kewajipan-kewajipannya dan yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini.
(2) Seseorang yang melanggar peruntukan-peruntukar seksyen-kecil (1) adalah bersalah atas suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh dikenakan penjara selama tempoh tidak lebih daripada enam bulan atau denda tidak lebih daripada satu ribu ringgit ațau kedua-duanya.
