s 7 Public servants
All members, officers and servants of the Lembaga, while discharging their duties as such members, officers and servants, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Semua ahli, pegawai dan penjawat Lembaga, semasa Penjawat menjalankan kewajipan-kewajipan mereka sebagai ahli, pegawai dan penjawat Lembaga, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai penjawat awam dalam erti Kanun Keseksaan.
