Perbadanan Kemajuan Kraftangan Malaysia Act 1979 s 30

s 30 Directions of the Minister

The Minister may from time to time give the Perbadanan directions of a general nature, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to the exercise of the functions of the Perbadanan; and the Perbadanan shall give effect to all such directions.

Menteri boleh dari semasa ke semasa memberi Perbadanan arahan secara am, yang tidak berlawanan dengan peruntukan Akta ini, berkenaan dengan penjalanan fungsi Perbadanan; dan Perbadanan hendaklah melaksanakan semua arahan itu.
