Malaysian Examinations Council Act 1980 s 30
Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the High Court, a Sessions Court in Peninsular Malaysia or a Court of a Magistrate of the First Class in Sabah and Sarawak shall have jurisdiction to try any offence against this Act and to award full punishment for any such offence.
