Any person ·who bfi O un der any f alse pretence 1 t t· false representation, or ra dulent or deceitful means' of~h~Id b; · made· orb ~sed i ither· withi · or . without . the Ma1ayan' pretences false Un10n, r1ng~ .or assists 1n r1ng1ng any child into the · ¥alayan U?I~n shall be 1 able to imprisonment of either descr1 pt1on for a ter not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding fi e thousand dollars or to both such fine and impriso ent. '
