s 164 Interpretation

In this Part— “Singapore preventive vessel” means any vessel owned or employed by the Government of Singapore for the prevention of smuggling; “preventive flag” means a flag prescribed under subsection 142(11).

Dalam Bahagian ini— "bendera pencegah" ertinya suatu bendera yang ditetapkan di bawah peruntukan perenggan (11) seksyen 142; "vesel pencegah Singapura" ertinya mana-mana vesel yang dipunyai atau diguna-khidmatnya oleh Kerajaan Singapura bagi pencegahan penyeludupan. Tafsiran.
