s 165 Powers of master of Singapore preventive vessels

It shall be lawful for the master or other persons having the charge or command of a Singapore preventive vessel, on hoisting a preventive flag, to exercise with such assistance as he may consider necessary within the territorial waters or upon any vessel or is let therein, or upon any landing place or wharf abutting thereon, all the powers conferred by sections 109, 110, 114 and subsection 116(1).

Adalah sah di sisi undang-undang bagi nakhoda Kuasa atau orang-orang lain yang menjaga atau mengetuai vestoda sesuatb vedera eneceh Singapura, enabilakan dikkan onespan uatu bendera pencegah apa-apa bantuan yang difikirkannya perlu di dalam perairan wilayah atau ke atas mana-mana vesel atau pulau kecil di dalamnya, atau ke atas mana-mana tempat mendarat atau dermaga yang bersempadanan dengannya semua kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 109, 110, 114 dan 116 (1). r.,
