s 50 Bulk not to be broken, etc.

After the arrival of any vessel within territorial waters— (a) bulk shall not be broken; (b) no alteration shall be made in the stowage of the cargo so as to facilitate the unloading of any part of the cargo, before the permission to land goods required by paragraph 23(1)(b) has been received by the master of such vessel; and (c) no package shall at any time be opened on board such vessel; without proper cause shown to a senior officer of customs.

Selepas ketibaan mana-mana vesel dalam perairan rokk boich wilayah— dipecah. dsb. (a) pukal tidak boleh dipecah; (b) tiada perubahan boleh dibuat dalam penyimpanan kargo bagi memudahkan pemunggahan mana-mana bahagian kargo itu, sebelum kebenaran untuk mendaratkan barang-barang yang dikehendaki oleh perenggan (b) subseksyen (1) seksyen 23 telah diterima oleh nakhoda vesel itu; dan (c) tiada bungkusan boleh pada bila-bila masa dibuka di atas vesel itu; tanpa memberi alasan yang sesuai kepada seorang pegawai kanan kastam.
