(1) The Minister may make rules for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to any of the provisions
(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the power conferred by subsection (1), such rules mayz) provide for the powers, functions, duties an esponsibilities of members of the board o management and officers and servants of a

Menteri boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah
(1) Menteri boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah bagi maksud menjalankan atau menguatkuasakan mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
(2) Khususnya dan tanpa menyentuh keluasan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (1), kaedah-kaedah yang sedemikian itu boleh—
(a) membuat peruntukan mengenai kuasa, fungsi, tugas dan tanggungjawab ahli lembaga pengurus dan pegawai serta penjawat sesuatu badan berkanun berhubung dengan akaun dan rekod lain mengenai perjalanan badan berkanun itu; dan
(b) menetapkan garis panduan mengenai prinsip perakaunan yang diakui umum, polisi perakaunan dan perkara lain bersifat perakaunan atau kewangan berhubung dengan akaun sesuatu badan berkanun.
