Bintulu Port Authority Act 1981 s 44
The Authority shall have control of the use of foreshores within the Port and no goods or cargo shall be handled across, over or under such foreshores without the written permission of the Authority or otherwise than in accordance with such conditions as the Authority may prescribe.
Kawalan ke atas pesisir
Lembaga hendaklah mempunyai kuasa mengawal penggunaan pesisir dalam Pelabuhan dan barang-barang atau kargo tidak boleh dipunggah ke seberang, ke atas atau ke bawah pesisir itu tanpa kebenaran bertulis daripada Lembaga atau kecuali mengikut apa-apa syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Lembaga.
