Bintulu Port Authority Act 1981 s 5A
The Authority, with the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, may— (a) enter into any arrangement for sharing profits, union of interests, cooperation or joint venture with any person or body of persons; or (b) establish or promote the establishment and expansion of companies under the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125].

Lembaga dengan kelulusan Menteri dan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, boleh− (a) membuat apa-apa perkiraan mengenai hal berkongsi untung, gabungan kepentingan, kerjasama atau usaha sama dengan mana-mana orang atau kumpulan orang; atau * CATATAN─Akta Insuran 1963 [Akta 89] telah dimansuhkan oleh Akta Insuran 1996 [Akta 553] – lihat Bahagian A Jadual. (b) menubuhkan atau memajukan penubuhan dan pengembangan syarikat di bawah Akta Syarikat 1965 [Akta 125].
