Bintulu Port Authority Act 1981 s 66C

s 66C Power of Minister to make provisions for the Authority to carry out its functions

An order of the Minister under section 66A may contain all such provisions as the Minister may deem necessary to enable the Authority to carry out its functions in relation to the port to which they are extended.
