(1) This Act may be cited as the Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia Act 1981 and shall apply throughout Malaysia. (2) This Act shall come into operation on such date or dates as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint and he may appoint different dates for different provisions and for different parts of Malaysia.
Tajuk ringkas, pemakaian dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia 1981 dan hendaklah dipakai di seluruh Malaysia. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh atau tarikh-tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahu dalam Warta dan ia boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi peruntukan lain dan bagi bahagian lain di Malaysia.
