The chief executive officer shall— (a) be responsible for putting into execution the policy decisions of the Perbadanan; (b) exercise supervision and control over all the other officers and servants of the Perbadanan; and (c) perform such duties and exercise such powers as may from time to time be determined or delegated by the Perbadanan or as the Chairman may direct.
Kewajipan ketua pegawai eksekutif
Ketua pegawai eksekutif hendaklah – (a) bertanggungjawab bagi melaksanakan keputusan dasar Perbadanan; (b) menjalankan pengawasan dan pengawalan ke atas semua pegawai dan pekhidmat lain Perbadanan; dan (c) menyempurnakan apa-apa kewajipan dan menjalankan apa-apa kuasa sebagaimana yang ditetapkan atau diwakilkan oleh Perbadanan dari semasa ke semasa atau sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Pengerusi.
