s 17 Borrowing powers
The Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister of Finance and upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by him, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions and powers under this Act.

Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri Kewangan dan atas apa-apa had dan syarat yang ditetapkan olehnya, meminjam wang sebanyak yang diperlukan olehnya bagi menjalankan tugas dan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini.
