s 26 Persons who shall be deemed to be guilty of offence
Where an offence under this Part is committed by a company or a firm, every director, secretary or manager of the company or,
as the case may be, every partner in the firm shall also be deemed to be guilty of the offence unless he proves that the offence was committed without his knowledge, consent or connivance and that he exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of the offence.
*NOTE—This provision was added by the Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia (Amendment) Act 1984 [Act A589]. Previously, the punishment was a fine only.

Orang yang akan disifatkan bersalah melakukan kesalahan
Jika sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Bahagian ini dilakukan oleh sesuatu syarikat atau firma, tiap-tiap pengarah, setiausaha atau pengurus syarikat itu atau, mengikut mana yang berkenaan, tiap-tiap pekongsi dalam firma itu adalah juga disifatkan bersalah atas kesalahan itu melainkan jika ia membuktikan bahawa kesalahan itu telah dilakukan tanpa diketahui, dipersetujui atau dibiarkan olehnya dan bahawa ia telah menjalankan segala usaha yang wajar untuk mencegah berlakunya kesalahan itu.
