Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 s 10
Sections 15–17 and 24–25 were repealed by later amendments.
Every licence granted under section 9a or renewed under paragraph 11(2)(a), unless the licence is suspended or revoked, shall be valid for a period of twenty-four months from the date of— (a) granting of the licence; or (b) renewal of the licence, as the case may be.
Tempoh lesen
Tiap-tiap lesen yang diberikan di bawah seksyen 9 a atau diperbaharui di bawah perenggan 11(2)(a), melainkan jika lesen itu digantung atau dibatalkan, hendaklah sah bagi tempoh dua puluh empat bulan dari tarikh— (a) pemberian lesen itu; atau (b) pembaharuan lesen itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
