Sections 15–17 and 24–25 were repealed by later amendments.

s 13C Rent or lease of licence

(1) A private employment agency shall not rent out or lease any licence granted under this Act to any person. (2) Any private employment agency which contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Sewaan atau pajakan lesen

(1) Suatu agensi pekerjaan swasta tidak boleh menyewakan atau memajakkan lesen yang diberikan di bawah Akta ini kepada mana-mana orang. (2) Mana-mana agensi pekerjaan swasta yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
