Sections 15–17 and 24–25 were repealed by later amendments.
s 6 Protection against suits and legal proceedings
No action, suit, prosecution or any other proceeding shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the Government, the Minister, the Director General or any labour officer in respect of any act, neglect or default done or omitted by it or him in good faith, in such capacity.

Tiada tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau apa-apa prosiding lain boleh diambil atau dibawa, dimulakan atau dikekalkan dalam mana-mana mahkamah terhadap Kerajaan, Menteri, Ketua
Pengarah atau mana-mana pegawai tenaga kerja berkenaan dengan apa-apa perbuatan, kecuaian atau keingkaran yang dilakukan atau ditinggalkan olehnya dengan suci hati, atas sifat sedemikian.
