s 10 Additional functions of the Lembaga
In addition to the duties imposed upon and powers vested in the Lembaga by this Act, the Lembaga may undertake such other
functions, exercise such other powers and administer and expend such other moneys for such purposes as the Government of the Federation or of the State may assign or give to it and in so doing the Lembaga shall be deemed to be fulfilling the purposes of this Act and the provisions of this Act shall apply to the Lembaga in respect of such functions and the administration and expending of such moneys:
Provided always that the accounts of such moneys shall be kept separate and apart from those of the Fund.

Fungsi tambahan bagi Lembaga
Sebagai tambahan kepada kewajipan yang dikenakan ke atas dan kuasa yang terletak hak pada Lembaga oleh Akta ini, Lembaga boleh menjalankan apa-apa fungsi lain, menjalankan apa-apa kuasa lain dan mentadbirkan dan membelanjakan apa-apa wang lain bagi apa-apa maksud yang mungkin diuntukkan atau diberikan kepadanya oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan atau Kerajaan Negeri dan dalam melakukan yang demikian Lembaga hendaklah disifatkan memenuhi maksud Akta ini dan peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi Lembaga berkenaan dengan fungsi itu dan berkenaan dengan pentadbiran dan pembelanjaan wang itu:
Dengan syarat sentiasa bahawa akaun bagi wang itu hendaklah disimpan berasingan dan berlainan daripada akaun Kumpulan Wang.
