Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Kedah Act 1981 s 27

s 27 Power to grant loans

In the execution of its duties or in the discharge of its functions, the Lembaga may grant loans, and such loans may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the Lembaga may think fit to impose in particular cases.

Dalam menunaikan kewajipannya atau dalam melaksanakan fungsinya, Lembaga boleh memberikan pinjaman, dan pinjaman itu boleh diberikan tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan oleh Lembaga patut dikenakan dalam hal tertentu.
