s 1 Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Planters’ Loans Fund (Dissolution) Act 1981 and shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kumpulan Wang Pinjaman Pekebun (Pembubaran) 1981 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
