Planters' Loans Fund (Dissolution) Act 1981 s 10
If any difficulty or anomaly arises in connection with the implementation of the provisions of this Act, the Minister may, by order, make such rules or regulations as may appear to him necessary for removing or preventing such difficulty or anomaly.
Menghalang kesukaran atau anomali
Jika timbul apa-apa kesukaran atau anomali berhubung dengan pelaksanaan peruntukan Akta ini, Menteri boleh dengan perintah membuat apa-apa kaedah atau peraturan sebagaimana didapatinya perlu untuk menghapuskan atau mencegah kesukaran atau anomali itu.
