Planters' Loans Fund (Dissolution) Act 1981 s 5
All movable and immovable property and other assets which immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Fund shall, on the commencement of this Act, and without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatever, vest in the Bank for the like title, estate or interest and on the like tenure and for the like purposes as the same was vested or held immediately before the commencement of this Act. Pemindahan harta
Semua harta alih dan tak alih dan aset lain yang sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini terletak hak pada Kumpulan Wang hendaklah, pada mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, dan tanpa apa-apa jua pemindahakan, penyerahhakan atau pindah milik, diletak hak kepada Bank yang sama dari segi hakmilik, estet atau Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekebun (Pembubaran) kepentingan dan pemegangan serta maksud dengan yang diletak hak atau dipegang sebelum sahaja permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
