Planters' Loans Fund (Dissolution) Act 1981 s 8
s 8 Continuance of civil proceedings
(1) Any civil proceedings or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the commencement of this Act by or against the Fund or any person acting on its behalf may be continued or instituted by or against the Bank as it might have been by or against the Fund or such person as if this Act had not been passed.
(2) Any appeal brought or any leave to appeal applied for on or after the commencement of this Act against a decision given before the commencement of this Act in any legal proceedings to which the Fund was a party may be brought by or against the Bank.

Penerusan prosiding sivil
(1) Apa-apa prosiding sivil atau kuasa tindakan yang menunggu keputusan atau sedia ada sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini oleh atau terhadap Kumpulan Wang atau mana-mana orang yang bertindak bagi pihaknya bolehlah diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap Bank yang mungkin diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap Kumpulan Wang atau orang sedemikian itu seolah-olah Akta ini telah tidak diluluskan.
(2) Apa-apa rayuan yang dibawa atau apa-apa kebenaran untuk merayu yang dipohonkan pada atau selepas permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini terhadap keputusan yang diberi sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini dalam mana-mana prosiding undang-undang yang mana Kumpulan Wang menjadi pihak bolehlah dibawa oleh atau terhadap Bank.
