s 8 Limitation of certain actions in respect of revenue matters
An action—
(a) to set aside a sale in pursuance of the order of a Collector or other officer of revenue;
(b) to set aside a sale for arrears of Government, or State revenue or for any demand recoverable as such arrears;
(c) to set aside any attachment, lease or transfer of immovable property by the revenue authorities for arrears of Government, or State revenue;
(d) against the Government or the Government of any State to recover money paid under protest in satisfaction of a claim made by the revenue authorities on account of arrears of revenue or on account of demands recoverable as such arrears,
shall not be brought after the expiration of one year from the date on which the sale is confirmed or would otherwise have become final or conclusive had no such action been brought or when the attachment ceased or transfer or payment was made, as the case may be.

Had masa bagi tindakan tertentu mengenai perkara hasil
Sesuatu tindakan—
(a) untuk mengetepikan apa-apa jualan menurut perintah Pemungut atau mana-mana pegawai hasil lain;
(b) untuk mengetepikan apa-apa jualan bagi mendapatkan tunggakan hasil Kerajaan atau hasil Negeri atau bagi mendapatkan bayaran apa-apa tuntutan yang boleh didapatkan sebagai tunggakan sedemikian;
(c) untuk mengetepikan apa-apa penahanan, pajakan, atau pemindahan sesuatu harta tak alih oleh pihak berkuasa hasil bagi mendapatkan tunggakan hasil Kerajaan atau Negeri;
(d) terhadap Kerajaan atau Kerajaan mana-mana Negeri untuk mendapatkan kembali wang yang dibayar dengan protes bagi menyelesaikan sesuatu tuntutan yang dibuat oleh pihak berkuasa hasil oleh sebab tunggakan hasil atau oleh
sebab tuntutan yang boleh didapatkan sebagai tunggakan sedemikian,
tidak boleh dibawa selepas tamatnya tempoh satu tahun dari tarikh jualan itu disahkan atau selainnya telah menjadi terakhir atau muktamad sekiranya tindakan itu tidak dibawa atau apabila penahanan itu terhenti atau pemindahan atau bayaran dibuat, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
