Married Women and Children (Maintenance) Act 1950 s 10
All applications to a court under this Act shall be made and heard substantially in the same manner and in accordance with the same procedure as applications under any of the Enactments set out in the Schedule hereto were made and heard by such court immediately before the commencement of this Act.
Tatacara
Semua permohonan kepada suatu mahkamah di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dibuat dan didengar secara substantif mengikut cara yang sama dan mengikut tatacara yang sama sebagaimana permohonan di bawah mana-mana Enakmen yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual kepada Akta ini dibuat dan didengar oleh mahkamah itu sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
