Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 s 34
Any person who has made a deposit under section 31 and who subsequently does not proceed with the implementation of the planning permission may notify the Commissioner who may, in his discretion, refund the deposit or part thereof as he may determine.
Pembayaran balik deposit jika kerja bangunan tidak dimulakan
Seseorang yang telah membuat deposit di bawah seksyen 31 dan kemudian dari itu tidak meneruskan pelaksanaan kebenaran perancangan boleh memberitahu Datuk Bandar yang boleh, menurut budi bicaranya, membayar balik deposit itu atau sebahagiannya sebagaimana yang ditentukan olehnya.
