s 60 Public Servants
The Commissioner and every authorized officer or agent under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code.

Datuk Bandar dan tiap-tiap pegawai yang diberi kuasa atau ejen di bawah Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan.
