As soon as may be after the receipt of the draft structure plan, pursuant to subsection 7(4) or (7) the Minister may— (i) approve it; or (ii) approve it with such modifications, as he may consider necessary; or (iii) return it to the Commissioner for further consideration before granting his approval; or (iv) reject the plan.
Kelulusan atau penolakan draf pelan struktur oleh Menteri
Dengan seberapa segera yang boleh selepas menerima draf pelan struktur menurut subseksyen 7(4) atau (7) Menteri boleh― (i) meluluskannya; atau (ii) meluluskannya dengan apa-apa ubah suaian, sebagaimana yang dia fikirkan perlu; atau (iii) mengembalikannya kepada Datuk Bandar untuk pertimbangan selanjutnya sebelum memberi kelulusannya; atau (iv) menolak pelan itu.
