s 3 Allowance for former Raja Permaisuri Agong
(1) There shall be paid to the Consort of a Ruler, who has held the office of Raja Permaisuri Agong, for the duration of her life, the monthly allowance specified in Part II of the First Schedule.
(2) If the Yang di-Pertuan Agong dies while in office, there shall be granted to his Consort who is holding the office of Raja Permaisuri Agong at the time of the death of such Yang di-Pertuan Agong the allowances and privileges specified in the Second Schedule for the duration of her life in addition to the monthly allowance payable under subsection (1).

Elaun bagi bekas Raja Permaisuri Agong
(1) Maka hendaklah dibayar kepada Permaisuri seseorang Raja, yang pernah memegang jawatan Raja Permaisuri Agong, bagi seumur hidup, elaun bulanan yang dinyatakan dalam Bahagian II Jadual Pertama.
(2) Jika Yang di-Pertuan Agong mangkat semasa memegang jawatan, maka hendaklah diberikan kepada Permaisurinya yang memegang jawatan Raja Permaisuri Agong pada masa kemangkatan Yang di-Pertuan Agong itu elaun dan keistimewaan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua bagi seumur hidupnya sebagai tambahan kepada elaun bulanan yang kena dibayar di bawah subseksyen (1).
