When an Arbitrator has decided the question submitted to him under section 30 he shall send a certified copy of his order thereon to the Commissioner, before whom the original enquiry under section 27 was held.
Apabila Penimbangtara telah memutuskan Penimbangpersoalan atau persoalan-persoalan yang dikemukakan kepadanya dibawah seksyen 30 dia hendaklah menghantar suatu salinan perintahnya yang diperakui Pesuruhjaya. mengenainya kepada Pesuruhjaya, yang di hadapannya siasatan asal di bawah seksyen 27 diadakan.
