s 37 Costs

All costs of and incidental to any proceedings before an Arbitrator shall, subject to Regulations made under this Act, be in the discretion of the Arbitrator, provided that no costs shall be awarded against the Commissioner whether he appears of his own motion or on behalf of a workman.

Segala kos mana-mana prosiding dan yang bersampingan terhadap mana-mana prosiding di hadapan Penimbangtara adalah, tertakluk kepada Peraturan-Peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, [Bah. III, S. 37-39] dalam budibicara Penimbangtara itu, dengan syarat bahawa tiada kos boleh diawardkan terhadap Pesuruhjaya sama ada dia hadir atas usulnya sendiri atau bagi pihak seseorang pekerja.
