s 40 Enforcement of orders and agreements
(1) Where any order has been made by an Arbitrator or any agreement recorded by the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall, at the request of any person claiming under such order or agreement, send a certified copy thereof to the Registrar of a Sessions Court in the State wherein the order was made or the agreement recorded and the said Registrar shall cause the said copy to be recorded and thereupon the said order or agreement shall for all purposes be enforceable as a judgment of the Session Court, notwithstanding that the same may in respect of amount be in excess of the ordinary jurisdiction of the said Court.
(2) Where the Commissioner has sent a certified copy of an order or of an agreement to the Registrar to be recorded under subsection (1), and subsequently on review under section 10, 14,15 or 16 an order is made varying the amount of compensation to be paid under such order or agreement, the Commissioner shall send a certified copy of the said order or agreement as varied by him to the said Registrar who shall cause the said copy to be recorded and thereupon the original order or agreement as varied by the subsequent order shall for all purposes thenceforth be enforceable in lieu of the original order or agreement as a judgment of the Sessions Court notwithstanding that the same may in respect of amount be in excess of the ordinary jurisdiction of the said Court.

(1) Jika mana-mana perintah telah dibuat oleh penaiyane Perikodkan aleh au mana-mana persetujuan direkodkan oleh Pesuruhjaya, Pesuruhjaya itu Pendaftar Mahkamah Sesyen dalam Negeri di mana perintah itu dibuat atau persetujuan itu direkodkan dan Pendaftar tersebut hendaklah menyebabkan salinan tersebut direkodkan dan sesudah itu perintah atau persetujuan tersebut bolehlah bagı segala maksud Miklkkuasa Seryen dikuatkuasakan sebagai suatu penghakiman Sesyen, walaupun perintah persetujuan itu mungkin berkenaan dengan amaun melebihi bidangkuasa biasa Mahkamah tersebut.
(2) Jika Pesuruhjaya telah menghantar suatu salinan perintah atau persetujuan yang dıperakul kepada Pendaftar untuk dırekodkan dı bawah subseksyen (1), dan selepas mengkaji semula di bawah seksyen 10, 14, 15 atau 16 suatu perintah dibuat dengan mengubah amaun pampasan yang mesti dibayar di bawah perintah atau persetujuan itu, Pesuruhjaya hendaklah menghantar suatu salinan perintah atau persetujuan yang diperakui tersebut sebagaimana yang diubah olehnya kepada Pendaftar tersebut yang hendaklah menyebabkan salinan tersebut direkodkan dan selepas itu perintah atau persetujuan asal sebagaimana yang diubah oleh perintah kemudian itu hendaklah bagi segala maksud mulai dari itu boleh dikuatkuasakar sebagai ganti kepada perintah atau persetujuan asa sebagal suatu penghakıman Mahkamah Sesyen walaupun perintah atau persetujuan itu mungkir berkenaan dengan amaun melebihi bidangkuasa bias Mahkamah tersebut.
