Subject to sections 7, 19 and 21, the Director Exemptions. General may with the approval of the Minister by notification in the Gazette exempt from any or all of the provisions and any regulations made under this
(a) any installation, or part thereof, owned by oi worked by or behalf of any supply authority;
(b) any other particular class of installation or equipment, and may, by similar notification, cancel any exemptions so notified.
