(1) Any officer appointed by the Board may at all reasonable times enter any premises to which electricity is or has been supplied by the Board, in order to inspect the electric lines, meters; accumulators, fittings, works and equipment for the supply of electricity belonging to the Board, and the wires, fittings and equipment belonging to the consumer, and for the purpose of ascertaining the quantity of electricity consumed or supplied, or where a supply of electricity is no longer required, or where the Board is authorized to take away and cut off the supply of electricity from any premises, for the purpose of removing any electric lines, accumulators, fittings, works, or equipment belonging to the , repairing all damage caused by such entry, inspection or removal: Provided that no officer appointed by the Board shall such premises without the permission of the occupier first had and obtained. (1) Mana-mana pegawai yang dilantik oleh Lembaga boleh pada setiap masa yang munasabah memasuki mana-mana premis yang elektrik ada atau telah dibekalkan oleh Lembaga untuk memeriksa talian akumulator, kerja dan kleienikapan bagi bekalan elokırık kepunyaan Lembaga, dan wayar, pasangan dan kelengkapan pengguna, dan bagi maksud menentukan kuantiti elektrik yang digunakan atau dıbekalkan, atau jika bekalan elektrik tidak lagi diperlukan, atau jika Lembaga diberi kuasa mengambil dan memotong bekalan elektrik dari manamana premis, bagi maksud mengalihkan apa-apa talian elektrik, akumulator, pasangan, kerja atau kelengkapan kepunyaan Lembaga, membaiki semua kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh kemasukan, pemeriksaan atau pengalihan itu: daripada penduduk.
