When any electric lines, meters, accumulators, Electric fittings, works and equipment belonging to the Board are placed in or upon any premises not being in the subjectto possession of the Board for the purpose of supplying electricity under this Act, such electric lines, meters, accumulators, fittings, works and equipment shall not be subiect to distress or to the landlord's remedy for rent of the premises where the same may be, or to be taken in execution under any process of any court or under any proceedings in bankruptcy against the person in whose possession the same may be.

Jika mana-mana talian elektrik, meter, akumulator, Talian pasmpan,adia pasangan, kerja dan kelengkapan kepunyaan Lembaga ditempatkan di mana-mana premis yang bukan milikan boleh Lembaga bagi maksud bekalan elektrik di bawah Akta tertakluk kepada ini, talian elektrik, meter, akumulator, pasangan, kerja distres, dil., dan kelengkapan itu tidaklah boleh tertakluk kepada distres atau kepada remedi tuan tanah mendapatkan sewa premis itu di mana segalanya itu berada atau dimana-mana mahkamah atau menurut apa-apa prosid- SEEEEA hal-hal tertentu, ing kebankrapan terhadap orang yang dalam milikannya segalanya itu berada.
