Food Act 1983 s 26
(1) No prosecutor or witness in any prosecution under this Act shall be compelled to disclose the fact that he received any information or the nature of such information or the name of any person who gives such information. (2) No officer appearing as a prosecutor or witness shall be compelled to produce any confidential report or document made or received by him in his official capacity or to make any statement in relation thereto.
Tidak menzahirkan maklumat
(1) Tiada seorang pun pendakwa atau saksi dalam apa-apa pendakwaan di bawah Akta ini boleh dipaksa menzahirkan fakta yang dia menerima apa-apa maklumat atau jenis maklumat yang sedemikian itu atau nama mana-mana orang yang memberi maklumat sedemikian itu. (2) Tiada seorang pun pegawai yang hadir sebagai pendakwa atau saksi boleh dipaksa mengemukakan apa-apa laporan atau dokumen sulit yang dibuat atau diterima olehnya atas sifat rasminya atau membuat apa-apa pernyataan berhubung dengannya.
