s 11 Board of Visitors
There shall be appointed by the Minister in respect of each Rehabilitation Centre a Board of Visitors, and such Board of Visitors—
(a) shall exercise all powers, discharge all such duties and perform all such functions as may be provided in this Act or as may be prescribed in any rules;
(b) shall advise and make recommendations to the Director General on all matters which the Director General may refer to it and on other matters pertaining to their duties and functions on which it may deem necessary or expedient to advise and make recommendations.

Lembaga Pelawat
Maka hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri suatu Lembaga Pelawat bagi tiap-tiap satu Pusat Pemulihan, dan Lembaga Pelawat itu —
(a) hendaklah menjalankan semua kuasa, menunaikan semua kewajipan dan melaksanakan semua fungsi yang diperuntukkan dalam Akta ini atau yang ditetapkan dalam mana-mana kaedah; dan
(b) hendaklah menasihati dan membuat syor kepada Ketua Pengarah atas semua perkara yang dirujuk oleh Ketua Pengarah kepadanya dan atas perkara lain yang berhubungan dengan kewajipan dan fungsi mereka yang disifatkan perlu dan suai manfaat untuk memberi nasihat dan membuat syor mengenainya itu.
