Any person who does any act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or of any subsidiary legislation made thereunder shall not be subject to any civil or criminal liability in respect thereof, whether on the ground of want of jurisdiction, mistake of law or fact or on any other ground unless he has acted in bad faith or without reasonable care.
Perlindungan orang yang bertindak di bawah kuasa Akta ini
Mana-mana orang yang melakukan apa-apa perbuatan menurut mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawahnya tidaklah tertakluk kepada apa-apa liabiliti sivil atau jenayah berkenaan dengannya, sama ada atas alasan tiada bidang kuasa, silap undang-undang atau fakta atau apa-apa alasan lain melainkan dia bertindak dengan berniat jahat atau tanpa hemat yang munasabah.
