s 1 Short title and application
This Act may be cited as the Raja-Raja and the Yang di-Pertua-Yang di-Pertua Negeri Higher Studies Scholarship Fund Act 1983 and shall apply throughout Malaysia.

Tajuk ringkas dan pemakaian
Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kumpulan Wang Biasiswa Pengajian Tinggi Raja-Raja dan Yang di-Pertua-Yang di-Pertua Negeri 1983 dan hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia.
