Raja-Raja and the Yang di-Pertua-Yang di-Pertua Negeri Higher Studies Scholarship Fund Act 1983 s 15
The moneys of the Fund may be invested by the Board in investments for the time being authorized by law for the investment of trust funds: Provided that the Board shall not make any investment in securities issued or registered or other properties situated outside the Federation except with the approval in writing of the Majlis.

Wang Kumpulan Wang boleh dilaburkan oleh Lembaga dalam pelaburan yang pada masa itu dibenarkan oleh undang-undang bagi pelaburan kumpulan wang amanah: Dengan syarat bahawa Lembaga tidak boleh membuat apa-apa pelaburan dalam sekuriti yang dikeluarkan atau didaftarkan atau dalam harta lain yang berada di luar Persekutuan kecuali diperkenankan secara bertulis oleh Majlis.
