Raja-Raja and the Yang di-Pertua-Yang di-Pertua Negeri Higher Studies Scholarship Fund Act 1983 s 22

s 22 Chairman to report to Majlis where moneys, etc., of Fund insufficient

If at any time the moneys or other assets of the Fund are in the opinion of the Board insufficient to meet the expenses of the Fund and other payments, the Chairman of the Board shall forthwith make a report of that fact to the Majlis.

Pengerusi hendaklah melaporkan kepada Majlis jika wang, dsb., Kumpulan Wang tidak mencukupi

Jika pada bila-bila masa, wang atau aset lain Kumpulan Wang adalah pada pendapat Lembaga tidak mencukupi untuk membayar perbelanjaan Kumpulan Wang dan pembayaran lain, Pengerusi Lembaga hendaklah dengan serta-merta membuat suatu laporan mengenai hakikat itu kepada Majlis.
