s 6 Disqualification of members
A member of the Board shall be disqualified from holding office as such member if he ceases to be a Menteri Besar or Chief Minister.

Kehilangan kelayakan anggota
Seseorang anggota Lembaga hendaklah hilang kelayakan daripada memegang jawatan sebagai anggota itu jika anggota itu terhenti daripada menjadi Menteri Besar atau Ketua Menteri.
