(1) The Chairman shall perform such duties as the Tha Chairman. Minister may from time to time determine. (2) If the Chairman is temporarily absent from Malaysia or temporarily incapacitated through illness or for any other sufficient reason from the performance of his duties, the Deputy Chairman shall perform the duties of the Chairman during such temporary absence or incapacity. BAHAGIAN
(1) Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan yang ditentukan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa. (2) Jika Pengerusi tidak ada di dalam Malaysia buat sementara atau tidak berupaya buat sementara untuk melaksanakan kewajipan-kewajipannya oleh sebab sakit atau kerana apa-apa sebab lain yang cukup, Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan kewajipan-kewajipan Pengerusi dalam masa Pengerusi tidak ada atau tidak berupaya buat sementara itu.
