Lotteries Act 1952 s 12
Where a person convicted of an offence under this Act is a body corporate, every person who at the time of the commission of the offence was a director or officer of the body corporate shall also be deemed to be guilty of that offence unless he proves that that offence was committed without his knowledge.
Kesalahan oleh pertubuhan perbadanan
Jika seseorang yang disabitkan atas suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini adalah suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, setiap orang yang pada masa kesalahan itu dilakukan adalah seorang pengarah atau pegawai pertubuhan perbadanan itu adalah juga disifatkan telah melakukan kesalahan itu melainkan dia membuktikan bahawa kesalahan itu telah dilakukan tanpa pengetahuannya.
