s 18 Application
Nothing in this Act shall apply to any lottery in progress at the date of the coming into force of this Act, provided that notice thereof is given to the Minister of Finance within two months after the said date.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini terpakai kepada sesuatu loteri yang sedang berjalan pada tarikh berkuat kuasanya Akta ini, dengan syarat bahawa notis mengenainya diberi kepada Menteri Kewangan dalam masa dua bulan selepas tarikh tersebut. *CATATAN—Akta Lembaga Loteri Perkhidmatan Sosial dan Kebajikan 1950-1962 [Akta 252] telah dimansuhkan oleh Akta Lembaga Loteri Perkhidmatan Sosial dan Kebajikan (Pembubaran) 1991 [Akta 470]–lihat seksyen 3 Akta 470.
